Hamilton Mann is the Group Vice-President of Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation in Thales, a global leader in advanced technologies, investing in digital and "deep tech" innovations—connectivity, big data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and quantum technologies. He spearheads initiatives that drive enhanced customer engagement, excellence in integrated campaigns, and Sales & Marketing effectiveness in support of Thales’ business growth objectives.

Hamilton is also a Senior Lecturer at INSEAD, HEC Paris and EDHEC Business School. Moreover, he actively participates in driving the advancement of digital technologies for positive societal change as a mentor at the MIT Priscilla King Gray (PKG) Center and a speaker at the prestigious MIT Platform Strategy Summit. Additionally, Hamilton serves as the President of the Digital Transformation Club of INSEAD Alumni Association France (IAAF) and Board Member at the Nomoreplastic Foundation.He hosts The Hamilton Mann Conversation, a Masterclass Podcast about Digital for Good.

Regarded as a global thought leader, he has published articles in prominent magazines and outlets, such as Stanford Social Innovation Review, Knowledge@Wharton, Knowledge@INSEAD, Harvard Business Review France, European Business Review, Technology Magazine and Les Echo. His articles span a broad spectrum of subjects, including Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, Innovation, Business Models, and Customer-centric strategies.

He was named as one of the 30 global thought leaders to watch as part of the Thinkers50 Radar (2024).

Hamilton is a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management, INSEAD and EDHEC Business School.
